You've
probably been scouring the Internet and Yellow Pages
trying to find the right web designer for your site.
Well look no further. With over eight years experience
in the web design and development industry, I am ready
to put that experience to work for you. Graduating in
2002 with a degree in Internet Technology, I have worked
for various companies since as a leading webmaster and
maintain positive working relationships with those companies
to this day.
Motivated
by a passion for web design and the desire to work independently
has led to this web site and venture. Over the past
eight years I have seen a niche in the market for high
quality, yet affordable web design. It's my belief that
I can fulfill that niche.
My
particular style of web design is one based on simplicity.
I personally subscribe to the popular K.I.S.S. philosophy,
Keep It Simple Stupid! There are three common and vital
elements that you will find in all of my web designs:
visually appealing, logical navigation, optimized for
search engines. Some web designers overreach on their
designing abilities in an effort to showcase their talent
and end up alienating a chunk of the target audience
with too much flashiness. Please peruse my portfolio
so that you can get a better feel for my style of design.
I
look forward to forming a relationship, and working
with you in the future.

Why
do you use the .us extension instead of .com? It's an
interesting question which I'm asked quite often. The
fact of the matter is that those hooligans who go out
on the web purchasing popular domain names with the
intent of selling them back at extremely high prices
snatched that particular domain name. They had it listed
for sale on Network Solutions at $2,188. So I said no
thanks and went with the .us extension. Who cares, right!

Reasons to Use a
Freelance Web Designer
(Specifically Josh Reynolds):
Affordability.
A freelance web designer typically works out of his
or her home. There are no overhead expenses being passed
on to the customer such as rent, utilities, and employee
wages. Instead, these savings are typically passed on
to the customer to give the freelancer an edge in the
market.
Quality.
A
freelance web designer will assume full responsibility
for the final product delivered to the customer. As
such, there is more pride put into the web site when
working on it. When working for a company, a web designer
will typically do just good enough to secure a paycheck.
A freelancer puts his or her heart into the creation!
Communication.
Are you tired of dealing with a plethora of sales folks
and intermediaries while trying to communicate your
intentions to a web designer? When dealing with web
design companies you will rarely have an opportunity
to speak directly with the web designer working on your
site. This is not the case when dealing with a freelance
web designer. You are dealing directly with the designer
and your message is far less likely to be skewed since
it does not have to pass through the bureaucracy.
